The villa
Nestled between the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees, the villa blends Mediterranean authenticity with comfort fully redesigned in 2025: bright open living spaces, a high-end fitted kitchen, and five upstairs bedrooms, each with individually controlled air conditioning. Officially rated 3 stars: the extra stars required a tumble dryer, and with some 300 days of sunshine a year, we chose to trust the clothesline instead.
Ground floor
- Spacious light-filled living room in three areas: TV room (Smart TV with Netflix, Canal+ and Apple TV), lounge with Parrot Bluetooth speakers designed by Philippe Starck, elegant dining area with a large family table.
- Fully equipped kitchen: espresso machine (beans + Nespresso), oven, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, blender, ice maker, SodaStream.
- Direct access to a shaded terrace with dining area and barbecue.
- Modern shower room and separate toilet.
- Laundry room with washing machine.
- Access to the enclosed courtyard: for drying clothes, or making sure a pet does not disappear into the wild.
First floor
- Master suite. Queen bed 160 × 200, desk, en-suite shower room and toilet.
- Parents' sea-view bedroom. Queen bed 160 × 200, sea-view balcony, connected to the kids' room.
- Sea-view double bedroom. Wrought-iron double bed 140 × 190, sea-view balcony.

- Kids' room. A bunk bed and a single bed (sleeps 3), connected to the parents' bedroom, ideal for children.

How many guests can the villa accommodate?
The villa sleeps up to 11 guests across 5 bedrooms: two queen beds (160 × 200), two double beds, and a kids' room with a bunk bed and a single bed (sleeps 3).
Are pets allowed?
Yes, dogs are welcome. The 2,500 m² garden is fully fenced with an electric gate, so your dog can run free, which is rare for a holiday rental. An enclosed inner courtyard also lets you leave a pet in complete safety. Please let us know when booking.
Is the pool maintained?
The 4 × 9 m pool uses saltwater treatment, gentler on skin and eyes, with automatic maintenance and a cleaning robot. Its retractable telescopic cover extends the swimming season beyond summer.
Can I work remotely from the villa?
Yes: high-speed WiFi, a dedicated desk with a 27-inch monitor in the upstairs hallway (second monitor on loan if needed), and another desk in the master suite. Airzone air conditioning is adjustable room by room.
How far are the beaches?
The beaches of Argelès-sur-Mer are a 10-minute drive, Collioure 15 minutes. The village of Laroque-des-Albères and its shops are a 5-minute walk.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Self check-in from 5 pm (lockbox), check-out before 10 am. A local concierge service handles welcome and cleaning.

The villa sits at the foot of the Albères mountains, close to the Spanish border and the Mediterranean. It is easy to reach by train, plane or car.
By train
Argelès-sur-Mer station is 10 minutes away (local trains to Perpignan, Collioure and Cerbère). Perpignan TGV station is 25 minutes away: Paris in 5 h, Lyon in 3 h 30, Barcelona in 1 h 30.
By plane
Perpignan-Rivesaltes (PGF) 35 minutes away, Girona 55 minutes via the AP-7 motorway, Barcelona-El Prat around 2 hours. Car rentals at all three airports.
By car
A9 / AP-7 motorway, Le Boulou exit 15 minutes from the villa. Private gated and shaded parking on the property.
